The Gratex International Business Ethics Code defines the rules of relations with customers, suppliers and public institutions. The effective implementation of the Business Ethics Code requires a commitment from all Gratex International personnel. Everyone representing or acting on behalf of Gratex International must comply with and help enforce the Code consistently.

When Gratex does business with governments, we comply with all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and laws. Gratex personnel who are involved in doing business with any government entity are responsible for learning and following all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Laws and regulations also govern all aspects of government bidding processes.We are responsible for understanding when our activities may legally be considered lobbying and for complying with all applicable laws. Gratex personnel who deal with government officials must become informed about the laws and regulations that govern those contacts and communications.
Gratex personnel learn information that is proprietary or confidential to the organization and according applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Confidential and proprietary information must be protected from inappropriate disclosure to Gratex’s clients, competitors, members of the media, and others who might use the information in ways that could harm Gratex.We comply with applicable laws and regulations that govern the rights to, and protection of our own and others’ intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Gratex International operates in EU countries as well as on other international markets. Gratex fully complies with all applicable EU trade laws and regulations, and further legislation and rules applied in third countries.
