Bratislava (2.5.2017) In the next 12 months, Gratex International will implement its UPM2 Agency Suite in one of the largest insurance agencies in the United Kingdom, Manchester Underwriting Management Ltd.

UPM2 Agency Suite has been developed by Gratex International, which has over 20 years experience in software development for the insurance sector, specifically for the needs of insurance companies. The number of customers is currently close to twenty. It is a modern tool to manage all processes in an insurance agency, within a single system and is based on open source technologies such as Dojo Toolkit, mongoDB, HTML5 and NodeJS. In 2014, Gratex received the Innovation of the Year award at the Australian Insurance Industry Awards, the most prestigious Insurance business awards in that country. UPM2 Agency Suite is part of the UPM2 (Insurance Suite, Claims Management, Business Intelligence, Reinsurance and Fraud detection) software suite.
The goal of the Gratex’ project in Manchester Underwriting Management is to implement the UPM2 system, including the business management system, life cycle management of insurance contracts, event management, CRM system, analytical reporting system, product configurator, financial management, document management, broker online portal and integration into partner systems.
